1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Food Budget Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Food Budget Pro provides tools for food-business budgeting, pricing, shopping and expense tracking, menus, recipes, customer orders, messages, pickup information, social sharing, and related business organization. Features may be updated, improved, or discontinued as the service develops.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Access may not be resold, shared improperly, or used to operate accounts for unrelated businesses without permission.
4. Purchases
The current offer provides one year of access for the price displayed at checkout. Any renewal, taxes, discounts, refund terms, or additional charges will be shown at checkout or required by applicable law. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Square.
5. Seller and food-business responsibilities
Food Budget Pro is an organizational tool, not legal, tax, accounting, nutrition, food-safety, or licensing advice. Sellers are responsible for prices, ingredient and allergen disclosures, food safety, permits, taxes, customer communications, pickup arrangements, refunds, order fulfillment, and compliance with all applicable laws.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, mislead customers, infringe intellectual property, send spam, distribute harmful code, interfere with the platform, access another user’s data, or upload unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content you enter or upload. You grant Food Budget Pro the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content to operate features you request. You represent that you have the right to use and share the content you provide.
8. Third-party services
The service may connect to third-party platforms, including Google, Square, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, social-media services, phone features, and mapping services. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers, and Food Budget Pro is not responsible for third-party outages or policies.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Calculations depend on information entered by users and should be reviewed before making business decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific profits, sales, customer demand, or business results.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, material violations of these terms, or actions that harm users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Food Budget Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party services, business decisions, customer disputes, or unavailable data.
