1. Information we collect
Food Budget Pro may collect account and contact information, business setup details, menus, recipes, budgets, expenses, shopping records, order information, customer details entered by a seller, uploaded photos or videos, messages, pickup information, and basic technical or usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, calculate costs and profits, save business records, process and manage orders, support customer communication, provide sharing tools, improve the service, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Square. Food Budget Pro does not store full payment-card numbers. Payment providers process information under their own privacy policies.
4. Service providers and sharing
We may use trusted providers, including Supabase for authentication and data services, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, Resend for email delivery, Google for optional sign-in or location-related services, and Square for payments. Information is shared only as needed to provide, secure, support, or legally operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
5. Seller responsibilities
Sellers control the customer and business information they enter. Sellers must collect and use customer information lawfully, protect private order details, and avoid entering information they do not have permission to use.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may update information through the app and may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also stop using optional Google sign-in at any time through your Google Account permissions.
8. Children
Food Budget Pro is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
